KGMHC Announces Pre-Seed Funding Round.
Previous to October 10th, 2023, King-George Management Holding Corp. was previously BitJet Corp, a non-profit corporation.
BitJet Corp. was placed on the Auto-Revocation list by the Internal Revenue Service during the 2023 tax year.
The Internal Revenue Service revoked BitJet Corp's charity status on the 15th of May, 2023.
The proper documents were filed with the Florida Department of Corporations on October 10th, 2023 to convert BitJet Corp, a registered Florida Non-Profit entity, into King-George Management Holding Corp, a registered Florida For-Profit entity, and issue 25 million in initial shares, with no par value.
All previous records are included, for public access, as they were on October 10th, 2023. This includes all donations, inventories, and additional supplemental information.
All donations are still considered to be valid, and can be considered a charitable donation, up until the aforementioned 15th of May.
Due to the size of the non-profit, the competition of a Form 990-EZ was not required. A Form 990-N was completed. A summary of that information is included below.
